We are committed to protecting your privacy. RMMEL, as the operator of the Air Miles Programme in the Middle East, recognizes that your trust is fundamental to the value of the Programme for you as a Collector. Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information has always been a fundamental principle in our relationship with you, our participating companies and suppliers. This privacy commitment tells you how we will ensure the confidentiality and privacy of the information that you entrust us with. 1. Rewards Management Middle East FZ - LLC collects personal information for the following purposes:
- To administer the Air Miles Program, including the management of Collector Accounts, to accurately record and update Air Miles balances;
- To process Collector redemptions, including the issuance of reward tickets, vouchers and products;
- To communicate information and offers to Collectors, Participating companies and Suppliers;
- To understand and analyze Collectors’ responses, needs and preferences;
- To develop, enhance, market and/or provide products and services to meet those needs; and
- To enable Collectors to participate in promotions and contests.
From time to time, you may be asked to provide additional personal information via market research or surveys. If you choose not to provide this information, it will not affect your ability to collect or redeem Air Miles.
2. Rewards Management Middle East FZ - LLC will use this information from time to time to promote additional products, services, rewards and special offers from the Air Miles Programme and/or its participating companies.
3. Collector information is processed and stored in secure and confidential databases in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
4. Rewards Management Middle East FZ - LLC does not give, rent or sell Collector lists from the Air Miles Programme to any organization or individual other than business units of Rewards Management Middle East FZ - LLC, participating companies of the Air Miles Programme and companies contracted to process and manage Collector transactions, redemption requests and communications. In addition, a Collector’s specific transaction information from one Air Miles participating company is not disclosed to any other Air Miles participating company.
Rewards Management Middle East FZ - LLC respects the privacy of Collectors when promoting products and services. If you do not wish to receive marketing or promotional communications in electronic, printed or verbal format, other than Quarterly Air Miles Statements, simply inform us in writing to the Air Miles Service Centre at PO Box 24300, Doha, in Qatar e-mail- unsubscribe@airmilesme.com or by calling the Air Miles Customer Service Centre on 4449210. Your ability to collect or redeem Air Miles will not be affected.
